Payment: Full payment upfront in USD or in VND ($1=25.000₫ exhange rate) via Paypal, Vietnam banks or any possible method.

Revisions: Minor revisions are doable at rough sketching step and after I sent you the finished commission. However do note that major changes may cost extra.

Commission duration: Within 1 week at best or several months at worst depends on the complexity of the commission and external causes (health, other inevitable issues)

Format: Final artwork will be delivered via Drive folder.

Usage: Personal usage, non-profit printing and sharing the artwork with credit are OK. Commercial usage is only allowed when you pay upfront with triple amounts.

Cancellations: You can cancel at anytime when you are in the waitlist. You cannot cancel after paying and will not be refunded.

Artist cancellation: Full refund if I cancel.

Copyright: I retain copyright. You get a license for agreed use.

Rights: I can use your commission as sample. If you want your commission to be private, you have to pay 10% fee.

IMPORTANT: Do not edit, modify, claim my artwork. Do not feed my artworks to AI. Do not associate my artworks with NFT or any other digital currency.

When you reach out to me, I will add your name in the Waitlist until you pay or cancel.

Your name will be added to the Queue once you paid.

It is recommended that you send me your references and commission request while you are in queue. The reason is because I will draw alternately for the slots in the queue to avoid artblock.

Please send me as many references as possible, including the pose you want and the overall vibe you’re going for. Insufficient information may result in the commission not turning out as expected and could waste time for both parties to correct it.
